Terms of Sales
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros. We can modify the prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability. The products remain the property of Vins Vorburger-Meyer until full payment of the price. As soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.
The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated. We may not confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of a difficulty concerning the order received. Orders can therefore be made within the limits of available stocks. In the case of a sold out vintage, another vintage or cru similar to the missing one may be sent to you.
Right of withdrawal: in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay a penalty. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. Return costs are your responsibility. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Vins Vorburger-Meyer will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
The prices displayed on the website are those of the online store, different from those leaving the cellar including VAT. Orders of minimum 6 bottles (1 box).

Shipping costs are free from an order greater than or equal to 12 bottles, i.e. two boxes.
In the event of sending abroad : customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes are likely to be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Vins Vorburger-Meyer. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
