With a beautiful ruby color, this wine has an expressive nose of red fruits such as blackberries and cherries. We also smell delicate notes of burnt wood like oak, with a hint of vanilla. This wine is full-bodied with very pronounced tannins which amplify its complexity. The palate is round and complex with notes of cherry, burnt wood and dried herbs. It is long in the mouth and makes you want another sip.

Pairings : This wine is a good companion for any dish using red meat. It also goes well with creamy mushroom sauces or rib steak with garlic butter and grilled vegetables.
